The Technology-Oriented Industry Initiative Program is a special program to concentrate the support and incentives provided by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and its affiliated institutions to the medium-high and high-tech sectors in order to increase value-added production. The program and the future potential of critical importance for Turkey aims to increase the production capacity of high-quality products in the country.

In this context, investment incentives provided by the Ministry for KOSGEB and TUBITAK and the project support provided by KOSGEB and TUBITAK are provided by the Ministry for the Priority Product List determined by the Ministry in consideration of various criteria such as reducing import dependence, intensification of competition, domestic production competencies, development trend of global demand and future potential. window mechanism. It is aimed to realize investment projects that will contribute to the technological development needed by our country with an end-to-end governance and support model within the scope of the program.
 
The first call schedule for the Technology-Oriented Industry Action program has been opened as of October 3, 2019, and preliminary applications will be received through the website https://www.hamle.gov.tr ​​until November 22, 2019.
