CAPACITY REPORT APPLICATION TRANSACTIONS
- In order to issue a capacity report, it is necessary to have a building belonging to the workplace, to have water and electricity available in the workplace, to be registered in the trade registry where the workplace subject to the capacity report is located and to be registered in the room.
-The application form will be completed and signed by the company representative (to be filled in accordance with the official records).

Documents to be requested from companies
Article 10- The following information and documents are requested from the companies for the workplace where the capacity report will be prepared.
(1) The photocopy of the person requesting the capacity report provided that the signature circular or the notarized copy of the signature circular is authorized to represent the company,
(2) If the owner is the owner, a copy of the title deed of the establishment, a copy of the title deed or title deed certificate for the companies located in the Organized Industrial Zones,
(3) SSI declarations and accrual receipts related to the personnel in the workplace to be a prepared capacity report,
(4) The total value of the machinery and equipment owned by the firm in the workplace in the balance sheet approved by the Certified Public Accountant or Financial Advisor,
(5) Certified Public Accountant or Certified Public Accountant approved list of machinery and equipment owned by the firm in the workplace,
(6) Signature circular of the parties together with the lease agreement for the machinery-equipment rented; subcontracting agreement, leasing agreement, proforma invoice and payment plan of leasing, if any,
(7) Contracts for leased buildings and offices,
(8) Photocopy of industrial registration certificate, if any,
(9) Photocopy of tax plate,
(10) List of Quality Certificates and certificates and photocopies (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000 certificate, CE, Trademark registration certificate, Patent usage certificate, Know-how agreement, License agreement, Environmental permit certificate, HACCP certificate, etc.),
(11) If the mining license and license are rented in the mines, the lease agreement is requested and the originals of the documents listed in paragraphs (6), (7) and (11) are checked and a copy is kept in the file.
(12) The capacity report is not prepared according to the proforma invoice.
(13) The electronic signature of the documents listed in this article shall be accepted by performing the necessary checks.
