Tracks foreign trade legislation, and offers opinion and suggestions on legislative practices. Consults with the relevant institutions when necessary. Seeks solutions for its members.
* Holds conferences, panel discussions, and similar meetings on foreign trade.
* Identifies and awards from among its members successful exporters of goods and services from various industries.
* Approves a.tr, eur.1, form-a, certificate of origin, and eur-med documents that provide a tariff reduction or confirmation of origin. Also approves the document that the exporter is not on the Arab Boycott list.
* Provides consultancy services on foreign trade legislation and practices (a.tr, eur.1, form-a, certificate of origin, eur-med, truck and ATA records, etc)
