Domestic Goods Certificate
The principles of application regarding the certification to be made by our Chamber in accordance with the EU Communiqué on Domestic Goods a published in the Official Gazette dated 13.09.2014 and numbered 29118:
Documents Required for Domestic Goods Certificate
2.Industrial Registration Certificate (Validity period will continue)
5. Signature Circular (Signature circular must be signed by the authorized person of the company) original or notarized copy
6. Certified Public Accountant Activity Certificate if signed by a Certified Public Accountant
7. If signed by a Certified Public Accountant, a copy of the contract signed with the firm and a copy of the Certified Public Accountant Agreement showing that the Consultant is authorized on behalf of the firm.
8. Customs Declaration and invoice photocopy of origin of raw materials used in production
9. For food producers only, the food business registration or approval document together with the above documents is required separately.
