Actual Consumption Certificate
These are the expertise reports showing the actual production and consumption amounts for the requested period in order to determine the consumption amounts of the products subject to allocation for a given period.
For example;
1. Reports showing the actual production and consumption amounts for the requested period of the product to be supplied to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Procurement of Petroleum Products Excluding Fuel from Domestic and Foreign Sources.
2. Reports showing the actual production and consumption amounts for the requested period to be used in offsetting for the discounted application of tax amounts if the goods delivered by applying the tax amounts in accordance with the Special Consumption Law are used by the manufacturers in manufacturing.
