Made in Turkey (IPA) Certificate
What are the necessary documents for the approval of the Turkish Goods Certificate?
- A copy of the IPA Program agreement
- GTİP numbers of the goods or materials included in the IPA Agreement.
For specific images or manufactured goods obtained in the customs territory of Turkey in; the receipt of the related goods, stock exchange declaration, mine license, purchase invoices and so on.
- Import declaration, purchase invoice, etc. for the goods produced by using non-linear inputs.
- Capacity reports of the manufacturing companies not exceeding two years (the original copy is approved)
-The original and photocopy of the signature circular of the company that signed the document.
Application and Approval Process for Turkish Goods Certificate
The rooms are only authorized to approve the Turkish Goods certificate which they have sold. In case the Contractor Company is not a member of the chamber, the Chamber Registration Certificate issued by the Chamber to which this firm is a member and whose issuance date does not exceed three months is requested.
The Contractor is obliged to obtain from the Producer the information and documents together with the Certificate proving that the goods subject to approval are of Turkish origin in accordance with the provisions of Articles 33 and 42 of the Customs Regulation.
Document (s) issued by the contractor to the manufacturer (s) of the goods or materials to be supplied and signed by the Contractor shall be submitted for approval to the Chamber from which the Contractor has purchased the Document.
The Turkish Goods certificate shall be issued separately for each good or material contained in the relevant IPA contract. If the manufacturer is the same, a single document may be issued for multiple goods or materials. In this case, each item will be written on a line in Box 9 of the Document and a new document will be used if Box 9 is full.
The document is filled in Turkish. The following points should be taken into consideration when filling in the Turkish Goods certificate.
· In the boxes 1, 4, 5 and 6, 7 and 8, the trade names, addresses, contact information, trade, and Chamber / Exchange registry numbers of the Contractor and Manufacturer Companies and the tax offices and tax numbers to which they are attached,
· Document approval date in box 2,
· Name of the Contracting Authority in box 3,
· In box 9, the sequence number, the type and type of the article, the description of the article, (a separate sequence number for each registered substance and no spaces shall be left between them. unused places are canceled with a diagonal line)
· In the 10th box, the other measures and units of the article, (liters, cubic meters, etc. and the order numbers registered in the 9th box of the Document, must be specified separately for each article.)
· In the box 12, the statements indicating that the goods are of Turkish origin or assumed to have acquired Turkish origin, and the names and signatures of the two-chamber officers who have verified the Document under it, the seal and stamp of the room concerned,
· Under the “Manufacturer's Declaration on the back of the document, the stamp of the Manufacturer and the signature of the person concerned should be included.
It is the responsibility of the Contractor to submit the document approved by the relevant Chamber to the Contracting Authority. The Approved Document is valid for one year from the date of approval
